On July 23, 2015, Dr. Stephanie Seneff gave a free public lecture in Honolulu about the health detriments in consuming glyphosate.

Before getting into that, let me tell you a bit about Dr. Seneff.

Dr. Seneff has a degree in Biology and is a Senior Research Scientist at the MIT Science and Computer Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

She is the co-author, along with Anthony Semsel, of a report showing how glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup Ready herbicide, that is heavily sprayed on all GMO’s (soy, corn, cotton, canola, and sugar beets) is linked to autism, cancer, asthma, inflammatory bowel syndrome, obesity, depression, ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, infertility, and developmental malformations. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The report entitled “Glyphosate’s Suppression of Cytochrome P450 Enzymes and Amino Acid Biosynthesis by the Gut Microbiome: Pathways to Modern Diseases”, appeared in Entropy on April 18, 2013.

In addition to the health ramifications, glyphosate contributes to the demise of the essential mineral in the soil, sulfur, which has the catalytic effect of speeding up the onset of diseases and illnesses.

In her article, Dr. Seneff explains that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup is the most popular herbicide used worldwide.

While the biotech industry asserts that glyphosate is minimally toxic to humans, Dr. Seneff and Mr. Samsel argue otherwise.

They have found residues in the main foods of the SAD (Standard American Diet), which is comprised primarily of sugar, corn, soy and wheat. Also, glyphosate’s inhibition of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes is an overlooked component of its toxicity to mammals.

They further state that the CYP enzymes play crucial roles in biology, one of which is to detoxify xenobiotics, which are any chemical compounds found in a living organism, but which are foreign to that organism. In other words, a substance that is entirely artificial and did not exist before they were produced synthetically by humans, like glyphosate and prescription drugs.

So, glyphosate enhances the damaging effects of other food-borne chemical residues and environmental toxins, instilling a negative impact on the body that is insidious and manifests slowly over time as inflammation and damages the cellular systems throughout the body.

Also, within the report, they show how interference with the CYP enzymes acts synergistically with disruption of the biosynthesis associated with the amino acids by the gut bacteria and the disastrous impairment of sulfur transport, which is essential to good health.

The consequences are most of the diseases and conditions associated with the SAD and they document the effects of glyphosate and its ability to induce disease by being the “textbook example” of the disruption of homeostasis by environmental toxins.

In her lecture, Dr. Seneff pointed out and documented that as the amount of glyphosate usage increased during the past 20 years, so did the rates of autism, cancer, etc. in a direct proportion.

What was also interesting that no members of the media were present despite the major television news departments and our major newspaper being alerted to Dr. Seneff’s presentation days in advance of her speaking,

Most of us know what to look for on labels of the food we buy to determine their health credibility, but what about produce?

When we buy fruits and vegetables, there is usually a little sticker on them with a bunch of numbers. The first digit of the number is the one you have to pay attention to.

If it begins with an 8 it is definitely genetically modified. It is toxic, it is a Frankenfood, and any chemical imaginable has been sprayed on it. You must avoid this. You health and well-being depend upon that.

If it begins with a 3 it is likely genetically modified and almost any chemical may have been used on it at any time.

If it begins with a 4 it was conventionally grown with synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides. You should be aware of the fact that new pesticides have been created that cannot be washed off. They cannot be washed off because the pesticides have been fed to the roots and not the surface of the plant. Another word to describe #4 is “crapola”.

If it begins with a 9 this is organic, high quality, the most nutritious, and, above all, the most safe. It was grown without harmful pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and or chemicals of any kind. You should buy this like your life depends upon it because it does.

The biotech industry (pimps) and especially the media (their hookers) will never advise you of the above because no one wants to bite the hand that feeds them nor jeopardize the continuous flow of dollars coming in.

The only person that can help you is you. If you won’t take responsibility for your health who else will?

My deepest gratitude to Dr. Stephanie Seneff for her dedication to the health and well-being of humanity and for her being my friend.
